Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that allows
to activate Kundalini energy,
our vital energy, and to promote the body's balance
and mental strength.
Each Kundalini Yoga class
is a complete experience,
composed of:
Asanas: dynamic and static physical exercises,
Pranayama: breathing exercises,
Mantras: sacred chants to raise one's vibration,
Deep relaxation and guided meditation.
A practice accessible to all
Kundalini Yoga is open to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
The exercises are adapted to each person's pace, respecting the body and its capabilities.
The benefits of Kundalini Yoga
Regular practice of Kundalini Yoga allows you to:

strengthen muscles and the immune system,

Yoga Therapy:

Yoga Therapy is a form of prevention and support.
Under no circumstances does it replace a consultation with a doctor.

The courses consist of:
- Asanas (physical exercises) if needed with blocks, straps, cushions...
- Pranayama (breathing exercises),
- Relaxation and Meditation.
Yoga Nidra:
Such a profound meditation
that it resembles sleep.
A state of semi-meditation, semi-sleep
which allows for mindful relaxation.
It is a very restorative and healing practice.
45 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals 3 hours of sleep.

How a session unfolds:
breathing exercises while seated or lying down
